The scientific and methodological electronic journal “Philology Matters” has been published since 2002 and is included in the list of scholarly journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan for publishing dissertation research results. The Journal is pleased to announce a special issue entitled “The Great Silk Road as a Transcultural Space of Linguistic and Literary Dialogue,” dedicated to promoting the scholarly achievements of the Central Asian academic community within the international academic arena.
This Special Issue aims to present the rich cultural, linguistic, and literary heritage of Central Asia, together with the achievements of its established scholarly traditions, to the global academic community while fostering international scientific dialogue throughout the region.
The issue welcomes original research in the fields of linguistics, literary studies, translation studies, journalism, pedagogy, and education.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the current requirements of the journal. Detailed author guidelines are available at: https://philmatt.uzswlu.uz/page/submission_guidelines
Articles are accepted in English. The publication is free of charge.
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
References must be formatted in accordance with the APA 7th edition style guidelines.
Authors are encouraged to structure their manuscripts following the IMRAD format.
