Interpretations of Mahmudkhoja Behbudi’s ideas in the works of his followers

In the article “Padarkush” Behbudi and other works are compared with Abdullah Kadiri’s works. Particular attention is paid to Abdulla Kadiri’s drama “The Unfortunate Groom”, written under the influence of “Padarkush”. The journalistic works of two great creators and issues related to their writing are also analyzed. In our literary criticism, Behbudi is regarded as the creator having laid the cornerstone of the new Uzbek literature. His drama “Padarkush” is recognized as the first Uzbek tragedy. This drama vividly depicts the atrocities of the khanates in the land of Turkestan, the grave consequences of hatred for the father, the murder of his own father by a child.
Abdulla Kadiri is one of the modern thinkers who made a huge contribution to the development of Uzbek literature. Abdullah Kadiri’s journalistic heritage is extremely rich and significant. Among them are “Shodmarg”, “Elections or invasion?”, “The course of theatrical work in us”, “The market does not ask”, “Mochalov”, “Sacrifice of thieves”. We understand and appreciate a number of issues when it comes to our national values and spiritual heritage. The most important of them, in our opinion, is the classic Uzbek literature, and the literature of the modern period. Each nation is valuable because it expresses its national history, national traditions, national culture and national spirituality in the works of art.
The fact that Abdullah Kadiri did not write about Behbudi and did not leave any memories surprises most of our literary critics and makes them search for certain reasons. The answer to this can be found in the activities and works of these two great figures, devoted to the nation. 
The author of the article has decided to set a goal to provide an information about two great artists who have not yet been analyzed in the scientific research.
The article presents the views of Behbudi and Kadiri, aimed at deciding the fate of the nation by promoting the national idea and getting rid of ignorance in the country. Kadiri substantiated the continuation of Behbudi’s views in his work. To do this, the researcher used descriptive and comparative methods.
