Abstract

In the course of scientific and technological development, the vocabulary of the language has been constantly changing in line with the activities of peoples. Thus, the appearance of new terminology, like dozens of new words in other branches of linguistics, encourages the researches to deal with the study of the most pressing problems of languages. Terminological vocabulary is absorbed by the general literary language, while the process of transforming some generally accepted words into terms has been still taking place in languages.
The challenges of creating a national information system that is compatible with the infrastructures of the global information space and integrating the country’s national information and computing network into the global one are both quite complicated and at the same time rank among the most urgent issues for our republic. Thanks to the significance of the international network in the public lives of countries and peoples, and its practical implications are crucial, it is necessary to study computer and Internet vocabulary. Words logically generalize the events that happen in the world, but their generalization in different languages is not the same, to a certain extent, since the comparison shows the difference between the word’s basic meaning and some of its obtained definitions.
According to many researches, the definition serves as the official marker of a linguistic element’s conversion into a term. The definition of the term’s content is distinguished by richness of its information, methodological neutrality, concision, and distinctive characteristics of a certain topic area. Special knowledge is needed to define the term, and to interpret the word to be understandable to any native speaker. This issue served as the foundation for several investigations of terminology that had been modified semantically to make them easier to understand and use in the context of computers and the Internet. Semantic alterations are one of the unresolved, under-researched problems in contemporary linguistics. The primary objective of our research is to create a complex system of conversion terminology and classify it based on characteristics. It is well recognized that in a virtual environment, characteristics like anonymity and hyper-textuality serve as the primary inspiration for the creation of terms, and the re-use of Internet slang forms the foundation for the emergence of new concepts.
The need to understand Internet terminology is thanks to the prominence of the global network in the public life of countries and peoples and its practical significance. Before defining the theoretical foundations of computer and Internet terms, having clarified the principles of their specific formation, it is advisable to study the scientific work performed in the field of term theory and terminology in general, paying special attention to approaches to the definition and description of these concepts. The most significant of these principles, which govern the naming of concepts in linguistics, is that any object’s name must match its qualities; in other words, the concept of objects and occurrences must be fixed in a linguistic sign.
We hope that this analysis of the topics on improving information technology and expanding the number of networks, the emergence of new industry will bring new words into the national literary language, promoting an appearance of new terms in the language, and this, in turn, will have a positive effect on the enrichment of the Uzbek national language system through terms in new industry
